Charles P. Marsh

Charlie manages Gault-Marsh Development, formed in 1993 to develop business parks and facilities in the Louisville Metro area, including Watterson Business Park (50 acres), Eastpoint Business Center (600 acres), and Southpoint Business Center (40 acres). Additionally, Charlie has handled some major industrial build-to-suit transactions.

Charlie previously held various management assignments at United States Steel in operations, project management and sales in Birmingham, AL, Pittsburgh, PA, and Louisville, KY.

He is a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and graduate of Vanderbilt University. He currently serves as board chair of the Louisville Nature Center and previously served on the boards of Innovative Productivity, Harvey Browne Preschool and the Riverport Business Association.

Stephen C. Gault

Steve founded the Stephen C. Gault Co. in May, 1991 to offer industrial real estate services to the Louisville community. Beginning in 1976, he served for 15 years as broker at Cassidy Turley/Harry K. Moore Co.

He is an Active Industrial Member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) , a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, and co-chair of the Commercial Council of the Home Builders Association of Louisville.

Active in the community, he was named the 2001 Recipient of the March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Achievement Award. Steve is a Trustee of the College of Wooster, and serves on the boards of The Morton Center, the Louisville Free Public Library Foundation, Jewish Heritage Fund for Excellence, Greater Louisville Inc. (GLI); and NUCLEUS.
