Charles P. Marsh
Vice President of Stephen C. Gault Co. and Manager of Gault-Marsh Development

Charlie manages Gault-Marsh Development, formed in 1993 to develop business parks and facilities in the Louisville Metro area, including Watterson Business Park (50 acres), Eastpoint Business Center (600 acres), and Southpoint Business Center (40 acres). Additionally, Charlie has handled numerous major industrial build-to-suit transactions.
Charlie previously held various management assignments at United States Steel in operations, project management and sales in Birmingham, AL, Pittsburgh, PA, and Louisville, KY.
He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and currently a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors. He currently serves on the boards of 21st Century Parks, the Olmsted Conservancy, Trees Louisville, and was formerly the board chair of the Louisville Nature Center.
Charlie was the 2020 recipient of the March of Dimes Commercial REACH Award.
Stephen C. Gault

Steve founded the Stephen C. Gault Co. in May, 1991 to offer industrial real estate services to the Louisville community. Beginning in 1976, he served for 15 years as broker at JLL (Harry K. Moore Co.)
He is an Active Industrial Member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) , a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, and co-chair of the Commercial Council of the Home Builders Association of Louisville.
Active in the community, he was named the 2001 Recipient of the March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Achievement Award. Steve is a Trustee of the College of Wooster, and serves on the boards of The Morton Center, the Louisville Free Public Library Foundation, Greater Louisville Inc. (GLI), the University of Louisville Real Estate Foundation, the University of Louisville Board of Overseers, and Impetus for a Better Louisville.
Grace E. Gill

Since 2001, Grace has handled the accounting and property management functions for Stephen C. Gault Co., Gault Development LLC and all Gault-Marsh entities.
In 2014, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Sullivan University.
Grace is a licensed Kentucky real estate salesperson, and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she currently serves as the organization’s President. She earned her CPM® Certified Property Management designation through IREM in 2020.
Grace became an active member of The American Payroll Association and CCIM in October of 2020.
